Appointments

Initial Appointment | 1 Hour 

It is here that I will take your history, weight, and lifestyle goals. I will discuss your food groups and routines, as well as challenges to help make a bespoke nutritional low carb healthy fat. I will take your base weight, measurements, blood pressure, and blood glucose levels which can then be monitored. Food diaries and supporting literature packs are included.

Ongoing appointments and measurement monitoring sessions cost £40 and last for 30 minutes.

Principles of the low carb healthy fat way of eating:

The LCHF diet is a way of eating (WOE) that focuses on reducing carbohydrates
and replacing them with healthy fats. Examples of this WOE are the Atkins and low carb healthy fat diets. Following the way of eating may aid weight loss, stabilise blood sugar, improve cognitive function and reduce the risk of heart disease.


Living an LCHF lifestyle without following one size only guidelines may benefit those who want flexibility with the number of carbohydrates they can consume. For example, some people may only find success when they reduce their carb intake to under 50 grams per day, while others may do well consuming 100 grams per day.


Since the LCHF diet is adaptable, it may be much easier to follow than more regimented plans like the low carb healthy fat or Atkins diets.
