Based in Exeter, Devon, I have worked in healthcare for more than 20 years. I have always been passionate about skin repair and completed my nursing degree and Tissue Viability Specialist Degree at St Georges Medical School in London. Working as a Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse in the NHS and privatley involved in complex wound healing, I have gained enhanced holistic assessment skills in understanding the skin.
Through my tissue viability specialist work, I have had a large involvement in prevention, education, and quality improvements methods with demonstrable results over the years. Most of my expert work takes place in pressure ulcer prevention and Quality Improvement. Having worked across the UK, I have published my work in various journals and won the 2015 EPUAP quality improvement award, and I’ve been nominated to attend the royal garden party in recognition of my contribution to nursing. I have gone on to work as a specialist advisor to the CQC and as an expert witness in tissue viability litigation claims. Call me now to find out more about what I can offer your organisation.

I completed my training at the Emma Coates institute for micro-needling in 2018 and went on to complete advanced skin peels for a range of skin complaints. My passion is to offer holistic skin mapping and work with my clients to provide an optimum face treatment plan that is bespoke to their needs. The skin is a complex organ and will vary depending on underlying conditions. Understanding the skins individual needs should help understand the correct care plan to suit the skins needs.
